  I practice primarily in the areas of Divorce and Family Law: this includes divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, adoptions, child abuse and neglect defense, and family offense matters.  

 I also handle appeals from cases involving Divorce and Family Law. I have perfected many cases in the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department and I am also on their assigned counsel panel of attorneys that handle indigent appeals from Family Court.  

I practice in most courts in the Capital District and beyond, including Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Columbia, Greene, Washington and Warren Counties. 

I am a 2010 graduate of Albany Law School.  I am admitted to the New York State Bar and the Northern District of New York. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section. I have dedicated my career to  helping individuals with family and matrimonial legal issues.
